Savills, on behalf of the landlord, has agreed the letting of 32 Broad Street in Alresford, near Winchester, to Glaister Inns Limited, owners of The Three Horseshoes in Bighton. The remaining ground floor rooms will become a bar and restaurant. The rooms on the first floor will be transformed into private dining rooms and co-working space, which will be available for private hire. The garden will provide additional drinking, dining and events space.
The property is located in the attractive Georgian market town of Alresford, approximately 62 miles south west of London and nine miles east of Winchester, and three miles from Bighton. The property occupies a central location on Broad Street close to the junction of West Street. Glaister Inns Limited was established in 2021 when Henry Glaister and Minnie Hawley acquired The Three Horseshoes in Bighton. Henry and Minnie have extensive hospitality and high-end events experience.
