Geraint Jones is a director in the Bristol planning team. He has over 20 years of experience, and joined Savills in 2015.
Geraint is responsible for coordinating major applications and strategic land promotions on behalf of a variety of public and private sector clients. Operating as lead consultant, he manages multi-disciplinary teams through the planning process and has a proven track record of delivering complex applications. 
Key successes include securing permission for a 1m sq ft industrial & logistics site at junction 17 of the M4; the redevelopment of Bristol Zoo Gardens to provide 196 homes together with a new public park and community space; 651 bed student schemes at Bristol Temple Quarter; and a 'paragraph 80' dwelling in Wiltshire granted for its exceptional quality.  He is currently leading on the promotion of a new neighbourhood and strategic employment development as part of the Worcestershire Parkway new town.
