Guy is an experienced chartered planning consultant who provides a broad range of planning advice to clients on sites across the south east of England.
Guy advises a whole range of client types with a particular focus on residential and educational development projects. He is experienced at promoting strategic land for future development through the development plan system at both district (local plan) and Neighbourhood Plan level, and has given expert evidence at examination in public. He is very experienced at handling planning applications and planning appeals looking at the immediate delivery of development projects, and regularly coordinates large project teams towards this goal. He thrives on challenging projects and takes great satisfaction from securing positive and timely outcomes for his clients.
Guy has been with Savills since 2006 operating across the south east out of the Sevenoaks and Haywards Heath offices as part of the 20 strong South East planning team. As of December 2019 he now works out of the new Brighton office and is looking to continue his work across the South East and build on recent notable successes in the city.
