Guy Streeter

Guy began his career as a land agent upon leaving Harper Adams University College where he gained a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. Guy has worked across the UK as a rural chartered surveyor advising a variety of clients on residential and land based property issues. Guy is a recognised expert in solving complex rural property problems and his breadth of knowledge and valuation expertise enables him to maximize opportunities and maintain value for clients.

Guy's main focus is the valuation of prime country property including residential, farms and estates and also assets in the equestrian and viticulture markets. Guy also advises on infrastructure and rights to land, compulsory purchase, rural landlord and tenant work and other complex rural issues such as restrictive covenants or those subject to blight. Guy's clients include private and high street banks, landowners, solicitors, accountants as well as charities and institutions and private individuals. Guy regularly undertakes valuations for secured lending, expert witness, matrimonial, probate and other tax purposes and works closely with solicitors and accountants. Guy works principally across the south east and home counties.

Guy lives close to the Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire borders, he is married and has three young children who occupy most of his spare time. Guy enjoys watching rugby and motorsport, as well as walking and country pursuits.
