Hayley has worked in the residential asset management industry for over 18 years and leads a specialist team for Savills UK Ltd, based in Salisbury.
The team offer a comprehensive suite of services to the UK's leading Housing associations, banks, mortgage lenders and private investors. With a tailored approach, they manage the entire lifecycle of void residential properties, from valuation to sales, ensuring maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.
With over 18 years in the field, her role as head of asset management is underscored by a dedication to performance benchmarking and delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients.
Her strong IT knowledge, has helped design and lead the department’s IT projects such as their bespoke CRM system, portals, MI reports, and contractor performance league tables.
Outside of work she is a keen traveller and hiker who often looks for the next challenge that involves a strenuous uphill accent and mountainous views. A few of her favourites have involved hiking in New Zealand, Chile, and Peru.
