Hearthstone engaged Savills to provide quarterly valuations of the residential fund. The fund initially consisted of a seed portfolio of four income producing assets, and has since grown to 690 units with a value of c.£125m.
SOLUTION
Savills provided the Client with the quarterly valuation on the following bases:
- Market Rent;
- Market Value of the Property;
Savills provide an annual valuation report to support the fund valuation.
