Her role is to support the energy team, with ad-hoc suport requests and escalations. To recognise improvements that can be made across our systems, to our processes, which all feeds into the maintenance of the Optima database.

Part of her current role is also to support clients and the management team in resolution of escalations. Providing forensic audits, timelines reports, and suggestions, which as a result can feed into training projects or process changes.

Helen has a wealth of experience in managing large portfolio for AAA clients managing their demands and exceeding their expectations.
