Helen works on a variety of portfolios and asset types and confidently advises clients on a broad range of property management issues including: maximising value from assets via licence arrangements and lease negotiations; complex service charge budgeting for exceptional works and ongoing maintenance; lease management and strategic advice; commercialisation; landlord/tenant negotiations; pre-acquisition due diligence; occupier engagement initiatives; and driving ESG and sustainability strategies on behalf of clients.
