Helen is a director and team leader of the national development set up team. She has expertise in retail led and mixed use developments as well as property management.
Development set up provides the vital link between the commercial development, asset and management teams, ensuring a seamless approach to deliver an effective and operationally efficient end development. Helen has a national role covering schemes across the UK and have a strong track record working alongside the client’s management, leasing , development and design teams.
Her experience is extensive and includes many of the most prominent retail led and mixed use development schemes in recent years. Recent projects include Victoria Gate in Leeds (Hammerson), Edinburgh St James (THRE), Coal Drops Yard Kings Cross (Argent) and Rushden Lakes (The Crown Estate).
