Helena Hughes

Helena joined Savills to lead the account management team and support our partnerships with key clients through our flexible portfolio management solution.

Helena joined in 2023, bringing over 20 years’ experience in the flexible office sector. In her previous roles, Helena established and led the EMEA transactional management team, responsible for delivering global projects, focusing on service excellence, client governance and process compliance. Combined with her role leading a team of account directors, Helena was also responsible for ensuring continuous improvements, user experience, global accountability, fully integrated ESG orientated solutions and providing innovative solutions to client’s property challenges.

Helena enjoys a busy life outside of work with both family and personal commitments. Now on the Board for CREW UK, a network promoting women in Real Estate in the UK, Helena previously coordinated the Events Committee, organising more than 20 events & a leadership summit throughout the year. Helena is also Trustee for Age UK Berkshire and is on the committee for Evendons Community Choir.
