CHALLENGE
A new development on the edge of Bath city. Phase 1 Offered 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses within walking distance of Bath but in a previously  unknown location on the edge of the city. The client’s desire was to create a sought after development making future phases in demand.

SOLUTION
Build a development brand and reputation within the city to put this location on the map. This was done through promotion of the style and quality of the product being built within internally and externally.

RESULTS
Phase 1 was 90% sold prior to completion. In addition phase 2 was 25% pre sold even before being released for sale.
