A newly created neighbourhood for Brighton of 365 apartments. As part of the Lewes Road regeneration, this new community will deliver studio, one and two bedroom apartments, residents amenities and associated commercial uses.
WHAT WE DID
Following disposal of the development to Optivo, Savills were subsequently reinstructed and worked with the client to formulate a sales and marketing strategy for the private units at the development (124 units).  This included branding and marketing consultancy and working with the client in selecting preferred agencies for marketing services.
Savills are now managing the ongoing private unit sales with a dedicated member of staff based in the marketing suite.
CHALLENGES OVERCOME
Due to the location of Phase One of the site, raising awareness during ongoing construction was a key obstacle.  Compelling way finding, signage and hoarding was key to attracting footfall to the marketing suite.
As a new residential neighbourhood in a predominantly commercial/student area placemaking and marketing messaging was key to showcasing value to buyers.
