Hope House features a refurbishment and conversion of a grade II listed building together with a collection of carefully designed new build houses and apartments.

WHAT WE DID
Savills worked with the developer from very early in the process working on a consultancy basis to bring this landmark development to the market. Savills provided advice on values, mix and specification that would work for Bath’s discerning buyer base. Several profile raising events were arranged on and off site. A strong sales rate was achieved and maintained during the pandemic.

CHALLENGES OVERCOME
The local market were strongly against the development of the school site so we worked with the developer to ingratiate ourselves with the locals by way of special residents events held at hotels nearby treated as public consultancy exercises
