The site had planning for around 1,300 houses and apartments, affordable housing, listed buildings, retail, town centre extension of 100,000 sq ft of offices and retail, public realm and primary school.
Savills met the tight 10-day valuation deadline and continue to provide annual updates and verification of security when land is released for development alongside a programme of infrastructure installation.
