Ian is head of the Leisure and Trading department, and handles leisure property sales throughout the UK and abroad, having specialised in the leisure sector since 1989.
Ian joined Savills Chelmsford in 1987 after graduating with a degree in estate management from Reading University. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1989 and became a fellow of the RICS in 1999. Ian has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of leisure properties, having specialised in the sector since 1989.
Ian is lead director for leisure property sales in the UK and overseas and he also supervises valuation and professional advisory work for trading leisure businesses. His expertise in the leisure sector has led to his appointment as an expert witness in High Court and arbitration matters, and he has also acted as an independent expert on leisure property rent reviews.
