Isabella joined Savills as a sales negotiator in 2018 as part of the Bristol Residential Development Sales team encompassing the neighbouring city of Bath. Progressing to an accredited Savills Associate, advancing to Sales Manager.
Isabella's journey in the property industry began at the Holborn Park development a prestigious development of houses and apartments situated in the heart of Bath. Her dedication and expertise quickly became evident, contributing to the success of this prime location.
In August 2019, Isabella transitioned to Wapping Wharf Living. An award-winning mixed-use development located in the vibrant Bristol City Centre. Continuing to show commitment and leadership skills, playing a key role in the growth and success of this innovative project.
Her strong performance and leadership skills were rewarded in 2025 resulting in the promotion to Sales Manager. In her new role, Isabella is responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring, and encouraging the sales team to achieve a high level of sales performance. Reporting market research and analysis on market trends, managing the sales pipeline and identifying new opportunities to clients.
Isabella is deeply committed to her work/life community and actively participates in various charitable events and team building. She is particularly proud of taking part in the LandAid SleepOut for young homelessness and continues to support charities close to her own heart in her personal time.
