James joined Savills in September 2024, and forms part of the specialist automotive team, covering car dealerships, petrol filling stations, EV charging and service stations.
James predominantly fills an agency role, acquiring and disposing of car dealership and roadside property on behalf of dealers and manufacturers, alongside lease advisory. He is currently working towards his APC to become a qualified surveyor after graduating university with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate.
