James is UK Managing Director – markets for the Savills UK business. He has sat on Savills UK Executive Board since 2018 and Savills EMEA Executive Board since inception.
His primary responsibility is to drive profitable revenue to all markets from key commercial clients across the business, linking UK and EME.
James started his career at Savills in 1997 on the graduate programme. He was made Savills youngest director in 2004.
His principal focus to date has been the retail Investment market where he has operated for over 25 years. He previously led a market leading UK national investment team for 12 years.
