James Thompson

James began his career in Leeds where he qualified, relocating to Cambridgeshire in 2010 where he has worked since.

He specialises in rent reviews and the statutory provisions that govern business tenancies, advising landlords and occupiers how to best protect their respective interests. James advises at the lease drafting stage and is also regularly appointed to negotiate rent reviews and lease terms for renewals and restructuring. In addition to his advisory capacity he is often appointed as an expert witness during the dispute resolution process.

When he's not got his head stuck in a lease he can usually be found hacking his way around a golf course.
