Jennifer is a qualified rural chartered surveyor and a RICS registered valuer, carrying out rural professional and estate management work across Cumbria.

Jennifer joined Savills as a graduate in 2014 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2016. Jennifer carries out rural property valuations for a variety of purposes including loan security and taxation. She provides estate management for private and Institutional clients and is experienced in rural landlord and tenant matters. She is also involved in rural property sales and assists with CPO work.
