Jennifer Gill

As part of the national Leisure and Trading team, Jen is based in Chester and focuses on valuations across the North for leisure and trading assets, however works with national children’s day nursery, SEN and independent school clients. Jen has an extensive knowledge of the children's day nursery market and has been involved in various valuation and consultancy projects for group operators.

She has also dealt with a number of day nursery transactions including trading business sales, investment transactions and ground rent sale and lease back deals. Jen undertakes valuations for a variety of purposes with the majority for secured lending. She has national operator, investor and banking clients.

She has experience in providing consultancy advice to operators and working on behalf of Private Equity clients during the purchasing process of education assets. Jen also has experience in providing residual valuations for education and nursery turnkey developments.
