Jonathan Henson

Jonathan works for both private and institutional clients and his area of expertise is the strategic management of estates, which includes agricultural and residential management, commercial properties, renewable energy projects, minerals, leisure and forestry.

He completed his MBA at Edinburgh in 1996 and specialises in agricultural landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews. He also carries out financial reviews of rural businesses and offers strategic advice to landowners on appropriate tax structures.

Jonathan has a keen interest in environmental management and has been involved in some cutting edge projects which integrate environmental objectives with traditional land uses. He also has significant experience in land assembly, the negotiation of option agreements and the sale of development land to developers.
