Jonathan Lambert

Jonathan provides advice across the residential and commercial sectors and, through his mixed use specialism, is a key part of Savills retail repurposing working group. He leads on agency disposals and acquisitions  as well as providing development consultancy advice in the form of option appraisals and financial viability.

Jonathan has worked in the private sector since 1998 and has worked for a wide range of clients across the UK which include investment funds, developers, local authorities and landowners.
