Jonathan Ottewell

His work extends across all aspects of office related sectors to include acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold properties, advice to occupiers on their property strategy and advising landlords and developers on the specification and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects. 

Jonathan advises on city centre schemes including Bank House, Edmund Gardens and Newater House and out of town instructions on Birmingham Business Park, Coventry, Solihull and the East Midlands. Recent successes include disposals for Savills IM, Topland and Hillview and lettings to the Department for DCMS, Pegasus Group & Sweco. 

Jonathan advises on city centre schemes including 10 Livery Street, 35 Newhall, Newater House and 1 Temple Row and out of town instructions on Birmingham Business Park, Solihull Town Centre, Coventry and the East Midlands. Recent successes include disposals for Hillview, Topland and Longmead and lettings to Fujitsu, the Department for DCMS, Pegasus Group & Sweco. 

Jonathan also advises businesses on their occupational requirements and has and has recently acted for Howden on the consolidation and relocation to new offices in Birmingham city centre and Segro on their acquisition of their new Midlands office at Two Friargate in Coventry, along with advising Mott Macdonald and Grant Thornton on their move to new offices in Birmingham city centre.
