Jonathan leads the development valuation team in Cambridge, specialising in valuation, viability and development consultancy across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
Jonathan provides Red Book valuations for secured lending, accounts, tax and purchase/sale purposes as well as undertaking viability assessments and providing general development consultancy advice. His key clients include banks, landowners, local authorities and housing associations. Jonathan grew up in South Wales and joined Savills as a graduate in 2005.
