Jonathan runs the retail landlord and tenant professional team at Savills
Jonathan has worked in the property industry for over 20 years qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2002. Jonathan joined Savills in 2006 as part of the acquisition of specialist retail practice Blair Kirkman. Joining as an Associate, Jonathan is now a director of the firm and sits on the retail division board.
Jonathan specialises in professional work advising both major institutional investors and retail occupiers across the UK, dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-structuring. Jonathan has wide experience in dispute resolution and litigation, acting as an expert witness at third party and in court.
In his spare time, Jonathan is a season ticket holder at Chelsea FC, and a member of the chartered surveyors wine society.
