Josh joined Savills in August 2019 and has a breadth of multi-sector planning experience, including energy, infrastructure, residential and retail. Josh is based in the Cardiff office and provides a range of planning consultancy services to clients across both Wales and England.
Josh began his career as a planner in the public sector in 2017 and since joining Savills acts on behalf of a number of national clients and private individuals on a range of small and large scale projects, providing planning advice from project inception through to determination. Josh has sector specific experience including in energy, infrastructure, residential and retail.
Josh has a comprehensive understanding of the Welsh and English planning systems and his experience includes appraising sites, project managing, coordinating, preparing and submitting planning applications. Josh has a BA (Hons) in Architecture and MSc in Urban & Rural Planning. He was elected a Chartered Town Planner of the Royal Town Planning Institute in September 2020.
Being from Anglesey in North Wales, Josh enjoys being out in the countryside, and is also a Welsh speaker.
