Julian Lyon

Julian joined Savills in 2015 as director of worldwide occupier services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa following 17 years working client-side at a multinational automotive company.

Julian leads the EMEA occupier advisory services team, building on almost forty years of experience in multiple sectors. He is a past chair of several professional groups (eg., CBI Property Group, RICS and Corporate Occupier Group) and charitable trusts. Julian leads and liaises with International colleagues to provide hands-on worldwide coverage. He has experience of managing complex projects, major portfolio consolidation and optimisation, asset acquisitions and disposals and lease events.
