
CHALLENGE
Kadans Science Partner entered the UK market from mainland Europe and have been actively buying, leasing and developing new science and innovation developments across London. We are the current leasing agents on the purpose-built laboratory development at 5-10 Brandon Road, King’s Cross and were asked to advise on marketing and design specification, as well as pro-actively target tenants and undertake lease negotiations.

SOLUTION
Working closely with Kadans, we carried out extensive occupier targeting through our own trusted relationships, venture capital network and pro-active tracking of the fundraising market. We provided advice on marketing strategies and collateral, organised viewing tours and took on commercial negotiations across both assets.

RESULTS
Throughout our involvement, the scheme has garnered significant occupier interest. We helped Kadans to put this new area of King’s Cross on the map as a brand new location for science and innovation. We’ve been actively seeking pre-lets before practical completion in March 2024, and are in detailed conversations with several occupiers to pre-let space.
