Kate joined Savills in September 2017. She specialises in commercial development consultancy and agency advice.
She graduated from Birmingham City University with an undergraduate degree in real estate and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in June 2023.
Her experience includes providing development consultancy and agency advice for both private and public sector clients, focussing on mixed-use and commercial projects.
Kate is a member of the Birmingham office Network Committee.
