Katharine Scott

Katharine leads the commercial valuation team in Cambridge. She has experience across a variety of sectors within the property industry having worked in the sector since 2002 and has specialised in commercial property since 2007.

As an RICS registered valuer, Katharine specialises in the valuation of all types of commercial property and provides valuation advice for loan security, accounts and pension scheme purposes.

Katharine also has particular expertise in the R & D sector in Cambridge. In addition to valuing traditional commercial office, industrial and retail premises, she also has experience in the valuation of car showrooms, food processing facilities and educational establishments.

Katharine lives with her family in south Cambridgeshire, although tries to escape to parts of the country with more hills to go walking in her free time.
