Kay Griffiths

Kay joined Savills in 2004, working out of the Oxford office in the leisure and trading team, specialising in leisure property sales throughout the UK.

Having graduated from the Royal Agricultural College with a degree in Property Agency and Marketing, Kay joined Savills and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2006.

Kay's extensive experience in the sector has enabled her to acquire market knowledge in a broad range of leisure and trading properties including airfields, caravan parks, garden centres, golf courses, health & fitness clubs, holiday cottage complexes, holiday lodge/chalet parks, shooting schools, sports venues, training/conference centres, visitor attractions and water based leisure properties. She prides herself on the service she provides to clients and potential purchasers.  

Outside of work, Kay is kept very busy by her young family of 3 and can often be found visiting leisure properties - something which gives her a whole new perspective on the sector.
