Kevin Marsh joined Savills in July 2002 and heads up Savills licensed leisure department with offices in Southampton, London and Manchester.
Kevin started his career in 1991 with a Government agency having graduated from Portsmouth Polytechnic with an Honours degree in Land management.
Since 1997 he has specialised in advising clients in the leisure sector, acquiring and disposing of many well known properties in the region. His clients include Greene King Plc, EI Group Plc (formerly Enterprise Inns), Punch Taverns Plc, Fuller Smith & Turner Plc, Harbour hotels and smaller groups such as Brewhouse and Kitchen, Upham Pub Company, Ideal Collection and Delicious Dining.
Kevin is also an authority in the sale, acquisition and valuation of leisure properties and regularly acts as an Expert Witness in court, mediation and arbitration proceedings.
