Kirsty is a Director within the residential research department, specialising in monitoring the prime residential markets across London and the UK.

Kirsty researches all aspects of the housing market, both sales and lettings as well as analysis of the residential agency business. She is responsible for much of the department’s in-house data, notably the development of the prime property indices and the supply and demand indicators.

She regularly writes commentary on the market and helps with the production of various department publications. In addition, she presents Savills views on the residential property market and outlook both internally and externally.
