With an upcoming lease break after 25 years, Landsec needed to refresh their image and working practices. They also were undergoing a re-structure to breakdown silos and fully integrate their service lines.

Over a two-and-a-half-year journey and following an extensive user engagement and strategic briefing process, our team redefined their working practices by selecting an existing Landsec building for refurbishment (not a brand new shiny product). Our due diligence defined an ideal floorplate to house everyone together on one floor and not split over seven floors as their previous building.
We were able to help Landsec innovate and push boundaries to re-define their brand, becoming a more transparent, leading real estate company and establish themselves at the forefront of an agile workplace. KKS provided full strategy, design, technical co-ordination, furniture selection, accessories and furnishings, site co-ordination and move in with post occupancy evaluation touchpoints. The Landsec HQ was the first WELL Silver Certified fit out and base building in the UK along with BREEAM Excellent.
