We set high expectations for our leaders when it comes to the culture they set for their teams and divisions. A feeling of belonging is fundamental to the day-to-day lives of our employees. Our leaders create and uphold an environment where people feel they can be their true selves, being supported by the right practices and policies. They are committed to protecting this atmosphere, challenging behaviours that don’t align with our vision.

When it comes to events and celebrations for D&I moments, our leaders will always actively encourage you to take part, while taking part themselves. Six members of our UK board are D&I sponsors, supporting our six D&I groups with initiatives, strategy and removing barriers.

We share these events across the entire business, inviting all offices to plan how they can also get involved.  

Over 1,000 of our colleagues have volunteered to become Inclusion Allies to further embed our culture of inclusion. They’re here to support their teams and colleagues when it comes to speaking up, offering buddying systems for new colleagues and driving forward key D&I messages and priorities.
