She has been working in the sector since 2008 and has a wide experience across the board from site sales to portfolio forward funding transactions.

Lizzie works on the brokerage of land, trading assets and forward funding projects – both buy and sell side. Her deep experience allows her to provide clients with insightful advice from cradle to grave, from planning right through to operational delivery. Lizzie covers the whole of the UK, working with land owners, developers and a global investor pool.

Lizzie is involved with the acquisition and disposal of UK wide operational stock, land and funding opportunities for a range of investor types from around the world.

UNDER OFFER - Disposal of New Medlock, Manchester on behalf of Dominus, a 1,014 consented PBSA development.

Disposal of Project Neo, Wembley. A consented 770 bed PBSA site on behalf of Lonestar/Quintain to Greystar.

Disposal of The Store House, Leeds. A prime 369 bed scheme where we agreed a joint venture agreement between Blackrock and Dukelease Manner for £73.9m. 

Disposal of Madras College, St Andrews to Scotsman Developments 

Acquisition of Elsmstead Place, Colchester on behalf of BP Ropemaker.
