Based in Savills head office in London, Louise specialises in the sale and purchase of high value rural property across the UK, she also oversees Savills dedicated equestrian team.
Having joined Savills in 2007, Louise is a qualified chartered surveyor and fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Louise brings experience in estate management, professional matters and agency transactions. Past clients include private clients, including those non-domiciled in the UK, corporate clients including trusts and institutions.
She has been involved in some of the UK’s most valuable and high profile country estate sales in recent years and has a track record of sales including residential and commercial farms, bare farmland, country estates as well as mixed rural property portfolios.
Louise also co-ordinates Savills dedicated equestrian team which comprises 18 agents around the country who have specialist knowledge in equestrian property.
Outside Savills, Louise is a partner in the family farm and has a passion for riding, photography and the countryside.
