Luke is head of the southern region residential division.
Luke joined Savills in 2005 and was promoted to head of office at the beginning of 2012. In January 2017, he took on the role of head of the southern region and Ireland for residential and joined the residential strategy board. In this role, he oversees the Bath, Cardiff, Newbury, Salisbury, Winchester, Canford Cliffs and Wimborne offices.
Luke has lived and worked in Bath since 2003 and specialises in both prime city and country markets. Luke has overseen many of the highest value sales achieved in the city. He began his career in agency working in Fulham in 1998, before moving back to the West Country where he gained expertise in the country markets selling property in Salisbury and the New Forest.
