Lydia Voyias

Lydia started her career in 2011 after graduating from the University of Sheffield and became a chartered town planner in 2013. Lydia has experience in a range of planning projects, including preparation, submission and progression of planning applications for various schemes including residential, employment, and mixed-use developments. Lydia has prepared and submitted policy representations in response to various consultations as part of the Neighbourhood Plan and Local Plan making process as well as participating in examination hearing sessions. Lydia has also prepared evidence and participated in an appeal hearing and assisted in several inquiry appeal proceedings.
