CHALLENGE
Located in one of the most sought after rural commuter locations in Yorkshire, Maple Wood is an exceptional collection of nine, 4 & 5 bedroom detached family homes with a contemporary design and stylish elegance which have been thoughtfully designed and orientated to maximise natural light, space and privacy. Each of the bespoke homes enjoy a spacious rear garden along with private garages and driveway parking for two.
SOLUTION
Provided consultancy advice on the refurbishment, layout and design of the house to create the individual units. Brand new developer with vision but no systems or sales team and so Savills provided the advice and undertook the personalised service for the buyers. Launched to the market in October 2023 we achieved 2 sales “off plan” with a combined sales figure of £2.350m. These 2 units were combined into one residence. This development is fast becoming a destination and is achieving a new price point for the area.
RESULTS
The properties were all constructed at the same time and so we did not have a show home to demonstrate specification to our prospective buyers. We therefore boxed clever with marketing for the property listings in order to demonstrate the finished product together with space planning. This was done with floor plans, photography and an in-depth brief to produce virtually staged images for marketing purposes.
