Marie has been with Savills since March 2003 and leads the Central London retail & leisure, PGRT (prime global retail) and Pan-European hotel research output covering both occupational and investment trends. As part of her PRGT remit she has a special interest in luxury retail markets globally.
Marie advises clients, and the wider Savills business, on trends impacting retail and hospitality real estate and what this means from an occupational and Investment perspective. She produces a number of trend reports and is often quoted in the national and trade press.
Marie has a particular interest in understanding retail and hotel brands, wider global drivers and consumer trends to gain insight into the evolving retail and hotel landscape. A key area of her work is examining global luxury retail trends and their key city markets. She is also one of the lead commentators on the evolving serviced apartment market in Europe being one of the first analysts to start tracking the sector in 2005.
