Mark is a chartered surveyor and member of the Energy institute and has provided real estate and energy solutions to the oil and gas sector since joining Savills in 1995.
Over the last 20 years Mark has provided real estate advice to both the upstream and downstream parts of the oil and gas industry both in the UK and EMEA as well as many other corporate clients. This has included occupational as well as operational property and infrastructure, where he has focussed on maintaining the operational integrity and unfettered rights of use of the asset. More recently he has provided compliance solutions for assets governed by the Energy Act 2011 including ESOS And MEES.
