Mark is a chartered town planner working as part of the Bristol planning team, having originally joined Savills as part of the London planning team in 2012.
Mark specialises in providing planning advice in connection with major residential-led projects across the south west of England on behalf of a range of housebuilders, housing associations, land owners, promoters and other developers. At present, Mark advises on both greenfield (including green belt) and brownfield projects, ranging from 29 to 4,500 units.
This advice spans all aspects of the planning process, from initial advice and appraisals, land searches, the preparation, coordination and submission of planning applications and appeals and land promotion through the development plan process.
