Matthew has been working in the Birmingham building and project consultancy team since 2014 and is experienced in most building surveying disciplines.
Matthew is mainly involved with lease event type work, technical due diligence and acting in the role of contract administrator on small to medium value construction projects.
Matthew has a strong interest in acting for both landlords and tenants in dilapidation matters and in particular in advising on lease end dilapidation strategies. In connection with this, Matthew is a member of the Savills national dilapidations forum.
