Matt, a director in planning, has worked in the Bristol planning team since joining Savills in 2012.
Matt has wide ranging experience in working on immediate planning projects, as well as proposals that require long term plan promotion. Matt has specialist planning knowledge and experience in securing planning permission for development proposals in education, purpose built student accommodation, commercial, retail, leisure, rural, residential and renewable energy sectors.
Matt has always had a strong interest in development management procedure. He thrives in providing bespoke, innovative planning strategies and working with several stakeholders to achieve the optimum and most commercial planning solutions for his clients.
