Matthew joined Savills in 2023 as a valuer in the healthcare team, and provides valuation and advisory services across the healthcare sector.
Matthew started his career in property in 2019 and has a BSc (Hons) degree in real estate from Sheffield Hallam University. He has a broad experience of valuation, having undertaken valuations of varying property types across the UK. Matthew also has a history of valuing operational assets, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
At Savills, Matthew's role within the healthcare team covers a broad spectrum of the healthcare and senior living sectors, acting for lenders, investors and developers.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with family, travelling and watching football.
