Maxine Burnett

Originally qualifying in law, Maxine has always had a passion for property and is home-grown in the real estate industry, working within the family property investment business during her time as a student. She then moved to London to work in interior design and property development.  Upon relocation back to Leeds, Maxine worked in property and facilities management for 6 years. Having a multi-disciplined real estate background gave Maxine excellent grounding to move into a more operational role within international lease administration, of which she has now been a specialist since 2016.

Lease Administration within EMEA is a key enabler for both the regional and global Occupier Services team. Maxine is charged with the growth and development of the EMEA platform, ensuring our corporate clients have quality support for their global portfolios, giving full oversight on data management services and proactive reporting through dynamic business analytics.

Maxine is an active person and really enjoys being in nature hiking with her mischievous beagle, Buddy. She has a keen interest in photography and loves to socialise and spend quality time with her children. Maxine has a black belt in Kickboxing and used to teach during her early 20's.  She now enjoys playing tennis weekly and going to the gym.
