CHALLENGE
Understand which sites within the portfolio had most potential to host electric vehicle infrastructure. Once identified, develop a rollout plan and installation.

SOLUTION
Savills carried out an intial high level review across the portfolio and then a tailored feasibility study on one location. This had outlined the type and number of electric vehicle chargers needed and the financial investment required.

RESULTS
Savills has the experience of covering the end to end service for the installation of EV charging. Being involved from the initial stages has allowed Savills to understand the client’s drivers for the implementation of EV drivers and assess each site under their perspective. We are currently undertaking the tender exercise to install the chargers across the whole portfolio.
