Michael joined Savills in 2011 and provides planning advice to a range of clients, including land owners, developers, investors and the public sector.
Michael specialises in providing advice on residential and mixed use development projects, ranging from 100 dwellings in Shropshire to 6,000 dwellings in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.
Michael has a keen interest in place-making and works closely with internal (and external) urban design teams in promoting both immediate residential and medium to long-term strategic urban extensions.
Michael is currently involved in the promotion of over 35,000 residential plots across the midlands and wider UK, including over 20,000 plots in the green belt
